Available Positions

The primary purpose of this position is to work directly with persons supported in the implementation of the written Coordinated Service and Support Plan (CSSP), Coordinated Service and Support Plan Addendum (CSSP Addendum), and the Individual Abuse Prevention Plan, documenting progress and response to program services, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of persons supported. This position is under the supervision of the Manager.

Wages:

  • $15.50 to $17.00
  • Wage Differential for Shift 2 and Shift 3

Scheduled Rotation:

  • Monday and Wednesday, plus Every Other Weekend
  • Tuesday and Thursday, plus Every Other Weekend

Scheduled Hours:

Shift 1 – 6am to 4pm

  • Shift 2 – 12pm to 10pm
  • Shift 3 (Awake Overnight) – 10pm to 8am
