Tadd's Lighthouse Inc. started our program in 2008 with the opening of this home. We custom-designed and engineered this home to provide long-term residential services to individuals afflicted with Huntington's disease. Today, this program provides a welcome home for males and females and is 100% handicapped accessible. The spacious one-level home is over 2,600 feet and features vaulted ceilings and a handcrafted kitchen that is as beautiful as it is functional. The unique design and customized flooring allow for maximum mobility with no steps, ramps, or hallways.

We have 4 individual suites to ensure privacy. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a newly added private spa room, featuring an accessible roll-in shower.

The home takes full advantage of its location. We are close to the medical, entertainment, and shopping amenities of Richmond, but still nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It is situated on a large corner lot, adjacent to a state park featuring paved walking paths, beautifully groomed picnic areas, and picturesque views of the serene Sauk River.

We also have a specially adapted vehicle with a hydraulic lift to help with safe and efficient transportation.
