Tadd's Lighthouse is a Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) provider, licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, to provide Community Residential Setting (CRS) and Adult Foster Care (AFC) in Stearns and Wright County. Tadd's Lighthouse supports people who experience Developmental and Intellectual Disability, Brain Injury, Huntington's Disease, and Autism as well as other diagnosis.

Person-Centered

Support is provided within an environment using Person-Centered philosophy and a commitment to individual value.

Staff Assistance

These services and supports include staff assistance in activities of daily living as well as outcomes and goals which incorporate communication, decision /choice making, personal advocacy, self-help skills, as well as household and community participation.

Health

We also provide health related supports regarding monitoring of conditions, scheduling of appointments, medication administration and assistance in all personal and instrumental activities of daily living.
