In the fall of 2019, Tadd's Lighthouse Inc. custom-built a brand-new handicap accessible home located in a country neighborhood setting in St. Cloud. This beautiful home features single level living, four private bedroom suites, two shared accessible bathrooms, one shared accessible spa room (with a roll-in shower as well as a drop-down accessible spa tub with a mechanical ceiling lift). This home features zoned climate control for comfort and in-floor heat.

The Brookwood CRS program has 24-hour supervision with asleep overnight staffing. Currently, this is an all male home. The individuals residing in this home experience intellectual, developmental disabilities with handicap accessibility needs.



A sense of family and community is important to the overall success of the people here. Our agency partners with other Home and Community-Based Providers in order to provide opportunities for meaningful daytime and work options.


For residents who live and breathe sports this home is for you!  Whether you're playing, watching, cheering from the sidelines, or keeping up with the latest scores and highlights, these sports fans talk about all things sports, participate in games and activities, and organize watch parties.


Our Brookwood location has a specially adapted vehicle with a hydraulic lift to help with safe and efficient transportation.
