Jamie studied Psychology and Family Studies at St. Olaf College where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2008. Jamie immediately began her journey with Tadd’s Lighthouse by helping individuals with disabilities live fulfilling lives. While loving weekend visits to Duluth, Minnesota (including sightseeing to Split Rock Lighthouse) it was a perfect fit for Jamie to join Tadd’s Lighthouse, whereby she could implement the company’s mission on a daily basis: Always shining as a beacon of hope, serving as a port of safety and respect, and standing as a consistent, sturdy base of advocacy. Jamie now serves as the Designated Manager at Tadd’s Lighthouse, where she ensures that all staff are trained on and all individuals receive person-centered care and programming that nurtures the whole person: mind, body and spirit. Jamie lives with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys country music, staying active and spending time with her family.
